SC-Project, leading company in the production of exhaust systems for motorbikes, is strictly set in the competition world: this is a fundamental requirement to guarantee the final customer the highest qualitative and performance level . Using all the experience gained during our long term partnership with Aprilia Racing, we manufactured this full exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660 M.Y. 2025 combining durability, performance and style. Everything has been manufactured to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the RS 660, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over -30% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a power boost of 3,6 hp at 9250 rpm and 2,7 Nm at 9250 rpm. 

The variable size stainless steel headers are specifically calibrated to improve torque and power delivery, especially in the low and mid RPM range. The SC1-R is SC-Project top-of-the-line silencer: the best materials together with the most advanced production technologies such as handcrafted TIG weldings, the hydroformed asymmetrical outlet and finally the unique and sporty carbon fibre end cap, make this muffler a true masterpiece. 

To guarantee the best customization possible, the muffler comes with a removable baffle. This solution will allow you to choose between 101 dB at 5250 rpm with dB-killer installed and a louder sound of 105 dB at 5250 rpm without dB-killer. The high quality carbon fibre silencer’s body is enriched by a precious aluminium riveted plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the exhausts made by SC-Project Reparto Corse. The installation is completely plug and play and it’s completely reversible. The kit is enriched by a specific carbon fibre heat shield.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the RS 660 ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
