APRILIA RS 660 2-1 Stainless steel full exhaust system, with CR-T titanium exhaust with stoneguard grid

Thanks to the long term technical partnership with Aprilia Racing, SC-Project developed this full exhaust system featuring the original and iconic CR-T titanium silencer, dedicated to the Aprilia RS 660 M.Y. 2025.

Everything has been manufactured to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the RS 660, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over -60% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a power boost of 2,9 hp at 8000 rpm and 2,6 Nm at 8000 rpm. The variable size stainless steel headers are specifically calibrated to improve torque and power delivery, especially in the low and mid RPM range.

From the huge round outlet of the CR-T, enriched by the spectacular honeycomb grid, the voice of the Aprilia twin cylinder will be simply unforgettable, with 114 dB at 5250 rpm of pure racing sound.

The ultralight titanium silencer’s body is enriched by the elegant SC-Project laser engraved logo.

The installation is completely plug and play and it’s totally reversible. The kit is enriched by a specific carbon fibre heat shield.

This product does not meet European regulations for road use; ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
