SC-Project used all the experience gained during the long term collaboration with Aprilia Racing to develop this full exhaust system that combines racing technology and breathtaking design.

The look is simply astonishing: the handcrafted TIG welds  on the spectacular titanium S-shaped link pipe, the tapered shape of the S1 titanium silencer, the high quality carbon fibre endcap and the elegant SC-Project lasered logo on the muffler’s body,  are authentic technological masterpieces.

Everything has been developed to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the Aprilia RS 660, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of -40% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a power boost of 3,1 hp at 10000 rpm and 3,1 Nm at 6500 rpm. The variable size titanium headers are specifically calibrated to improve torque and power delivery, especially in the low and mid RPM range.

From the huge outlet of the S1 muffler, the voice of the Aprilia twin cylinder will be simply unforgettable, with a dark and loud tone and 114 dB at 5250 RPM of pure racing music.

The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s totally reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
