APRILIA TUONO 660 2-1 "Trofeo" full exhaust system titanium, with SC1-R titanium exhaust

The full-system SC-Project "Trofeo" is the direct result of the development project for the Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy, arranged by our R&D department to create the "ready to race" version in cooperation with Aprilia Racing for the Factory Works program.

Everything has been developed to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the Aprilia Tuono 660, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of -40% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a power boost of 3,6 hp at 9250 rpm and 2,7 Nm at 9250 rpm. The variable size titanium headers are specifically calibrated to improve torque and power delivery, especially in the low and mid RPM range.

The SC1-R is SC-Project top-of-the-line silencer and in this version comes with a removable baffle. This solution will allow you to choose between 101 dB at 5250 rpm with dB-killer installed and a louder sound of 105 dB at 5250 rpm without dB-killer. The voice of Noale’s twin cylinder will be incredible.

The complete exhaust system designed for the Aprilia Tuono 660, is built with top-level technical solutions such as TIG welding performed in a controlled environment and CNC machined billet bushings to give the exhaust perfect couplings and make it extremely easy to assemble. The silencer’s body is available in carbon fibre or titanium and is enriched by a precious aluminium riveted plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the exhausts made by SC-Project Reparto Corse.

The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s totally reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

This product does not meet European regulations for road use. Not suitable with passenger footpegs.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
