APRILIA TUONO 457 2-1 Stainless steel full exhaust system, with SC1-S carbon fibre exhaust

SC-Project used all the experience gained during the long term collaboration with Aprilia Racing to develop this full exhaust system with SC1-S muffler for the new Aprilia Tuono 457.

Everything has been developed to offer the best performance together with a great improvement of the agility of the Aprilia Tuono 457, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over 30% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and an incredible performance gain of 2.5 hp at 7200 rpm and 2.2 Nm at 7200 rpm (performance data are registered without dB-killer).

This racing full exhaust system has been developed to offer the best performance in combination with a low level of decibels, allowing access to almost every race track in the world even under noise limitations. The removable baffle lets you choose between 97 dB at 5500 rpm with dB-killer installed and 100 dB at 5500 rpm without the dB-killer.

The headers are manufactured with AISI 304 Stainless Steel to guarantee the best resistance and durability and the SC1-S muffler is available in two different options, granting the best customisation possible: titanium or carbon fibre. Both options are enriched with an exclusive riveted aluminium plate with SC-Project logo.

The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s completely reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
