The muffler outer sleeve is made of lightweight titanium and the output has a generous and aggressive round exit. A lot of attention has been dedicated to the “voice” of the exhaust, in order to provide a deeper and more vivid sound experience, in full compliance with Euro5 regulations.

The visual impact of this exhaust is outstanding: everything has been developed, tested, approved and manufactured to be perfectly integrated with the classic but modern design of the Scrambler 800. The installation is totally plug and play and the OEM heat shield perfectly fits the Rally-S silencer.
