HONDA XL750 TRANSALP X-Plorer II carbon fibre exhaust

The silencer X-Plorer II is the answer of the SC-Project R&D department for people who want elegance and refinement even for a maxi-enduro bike like Honda XL750 Transalp. Available in titanium or carbon fiber option, SC-Project developed this streamlined exhaust in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations. The carbon fiber end cap is perfectly in harmony with the shape of the muffler body.

The X-Plorer II muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most different conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components in titanium and SAE 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

This product has been tested and developed with a specific configuration for Honda Transalp XL750: the kit includes a specific carbon fibre heat shield, a specific homologation certificate for street legal use and is enriched by a stainless steel plate incorporated in the pipe-clamp, with SC-Project’s logo engraved with laser technology. The product is totally plug and play, it can be installed without any modification and it is compatible with original side cases. The carbon fiber version of the X-Plorer II silencer is manufactured with a precious aluminum plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the racing exhausts manufactured by SC-Project Reparto Corse for the supported racing teams: the titanium version of the silencer comes with an elegant mark of SC-Project logo obtained by laser engraving.

For the Honda XL750 Transalp, the X-Plorer II muffler allows to save weight (- 1,3 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of +1,4 hp and +1,5 Nm of torque at 5200 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
