SUZUKI V-STROM 800DE / 800SE Rally Raid titanium exhaust

Born on the proving ground of the most extreme maxi-enduro competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project off-road racing experience into the Suzuki V-Strom 800.
The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for multi-purpose bikes like Suzuki V-Strom 800, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance adventure trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Suzuki V-Strom 800, the Rally Raid muffler allows an incredible weight reduction of over -50% (-2.6 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1.5 hp at 7600 rpm and 1.2 Nm of torque at 5900 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The product is totally plug and play and it is compatible with original side cases and central stand. The Rally Raid silencer is equipped with a matt carbon fibre heat shield and an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo, exactly as the exhaust systems of SC-Project Reparto Corse.
