Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped by us as soon as possible. The vast majority of items are delivered within a few days of payment. If the delivery time is longer, you will, of course, receive a message from us.
Packaging
All items are always packed by us with the utmost care. If you nevertheless receive a damaged package, please contact us.
Delivery
Within the Netherlands, your order will be delivered to your home by PostNL. PostNL aims to deliver packages in the Netherlands within 24 hours. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the PostNL Track & Trace code and link to track the package. For shipments within the Netherlands, the email will also include the expected delivery date and time when the package will be delivered.
If you are not home when the delivery person attempts to deliver the package, the package will be delivered to a neighbor. You will then receive a notification stating at which house number the package was delivered. If this is not possible, the package will be taken back by PostNL. A new delivery time will then be scheduled. Please note: You will receive a code with which you can adjust this delivery time. You have until 10:00 PM on that day to do so.
Tip 1: You can also have your order delivered to a different address, such as with Pakje Gemak, where you can choose a service point to pick up your package. This could be, for example, the local AH. This can be very useful if you are not home during the day. You can also have the order delivered to your work address.
Tip 2: You can also choose to pick up your order yourself at our location in Hazerswoude. This will, of course, save you shipping costs and give you the opportunity to take a look in our store. Any ordered clothing can then also be tried on immediately.
Where is my package right now?
Your package can be tracked online and via the PostNL app. You can do this with the Track & Trace code that you receive after the item has been shipped.
The package has not arrived. What now?
Has the package still not been delivered to you after a few days, and not to the neighbors either? And can't you find the package with track and trace? Then we ask you to contact our customer service so that we can locate the package. Please send an email to info@femon.nl
