Are you not satisfied with an item or is it not what you expected? No problem! You may return the item to us. Of course, some rules apply:
1 According to the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the item. During these 14 days, you have time to decide whether or not you want to keep the order. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. This does not apply to products specially manufactured for you.
2 The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. Unless we have made a mistake, of course. The shipping costs for returns are normally €6.95 (standard parcel with PostNL). The return shipment is at the customer's risk. You can insure it if necessary. Returning an item to the store is free.

4 If the packaging is unopened and the item is undamaged, we will refund your money to your account within 14 days of registering your return. We will refund both the purchase amount and any costs incurred for sending the product to you as a consumer. If you only return a part of your order, we will not refund the delivery costs. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the payment of the item.
5 We reserve the right to hold you liable for any depreciation of the item that occurs because the item has been handled differently than you would in a store when purchasing a product. This may therefore involve costs for you as a consumer. For example, clothing may be tried on but not worn, and packaging of parts must remain unopened and undamaged (parts may not be assembled).
6 As soon as the return shipment is delivered to us, we will start working for you. If all conditions are met, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. If there are reasons not to refund the full purchase amount, we will contact you.
