Warranty
As a rule, all our products come with a minimum of 1 year warranty, just like in a physical store. We personally handle warranty claims in consultation with the supplier. Do you believe you are entitled to a warranty claim? Please send an email to info@femon.nl and describe what is wrong with the product. Always include a daytime phone number in this email. If we have questions, we can always call you for quick processing. Unfortunately, warranty processing can sometimes take some time. However, we strive to keep you as informed as possible about the status.
Received a damaged item?
Have you received an item that is damaged? We ask you to contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to: info@femon.nl. Always include a daytime phone number in this email. If we have questions, we can always call you for quick processing.
