The Femon Parts gift voucher is valid for one year from the issue date stated on the voucher. The gift voucher is valid for all items (including offers) and can be redeemed both in our store and in our webshops www.femon.nl and www.beta-motoren.nl. In the webshops, you can do this by entering the unique gift voucher number in the 'add comment' field (you will see this screen after you have entered your address details). If there is a remaining balance on the gift voucher, you will receive a confirmation from us with the amount of the remaining balance, which can be used for a subsequent order. If the ordered amount is greater than the value of the gift voucher, you will receive an invoice for the additional amount.
If you want to check your gift voucher balance, you can do so by sending an email to info@femon.nl with the unique gift voucher number stated on the gift voucher, or by calling +31 (0)172 533829 (please have the unique code ready).
The gift voucher or any remaining balance of the gift voucher cannot be paid out in cash.
