How fast will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on working days before the cut-off are normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes. Our store and workshop are located at Engelandlaan 34, 2391 PN Hazerswoude-Dorp, Netherlands. You are welcome to pick up parts, ask for advice or have your bike checked. Call ahead on +31 172 533 829 if you want to be sure a part is in stock.
What are your opening hours?
Monday: closed. Tuesday: 9:00-14:00. Wednesday to Saturday: 9:00-17:00. Sunday: closed. Hours may differ on public holidays, please contact us.
