On this page you will find four VOCA Racing exhausts for the Yamaha DT 50, one of which also fits the MBK X-Limit and two of which also fit the DT 80. Two exhausts are homologated (CE) for the stock 50cc engine and light 70cc set-ups. The other two are racing exhausts for a larger displacement: the Carbon for 80cc and the BigBore for 100cc.
Which VOCA exhaust suits your Yamaha DT 50?
- Rookie: hand-welded expansion chamber and aluminium silencer; CE, 50/70cc, and also fits the Rieju MRX / SMX and Beta RR, among others.
- Cross Rookie: high-mounted cross/supermoto-style exhaust with reinforced aluminium silencer, for the DT50 and the MBK X-Limit; CE, 50/70cc.
- Carbon: racing exhaust in 0.7 mm sheet steel, hand-welded cone by cone, with carbon silencer; for the DT 50/80 LC at 80cc, not homologated.
- BigBore: large-volume body in 0.8 mm sheet steel with carbon silencer, matched to 100cc cylinders from VOCA and Italkit; not homologated.
Frequently asked questions
CE or racing: what is the difference?
A CE exhaust is homologated and, in the homologated version as supplied, intended for public roads. A racing exhaust has no homologation and is intended only for closed terrain or the track. Check the rules in your own country for what is permitted.
What are the 80cc and 100cc exhausts for?
The Carbon 80cc and the BigBore 100cc are intended for a DT with a larger cylinder kit, so for a tuned engine; the BigBore is matched to 100cc cylinders from VOCA and Italkit. For a stock DT 50, choose the Rookie or Cross Rookie.
Will this fit my Yamaha DT?
The Carbon is for the liquid-cooled DT 50/80 LC, the Cross Rookie for the DT50 and MBK X-Limit. Compare the model and year with your moped, or send us the type and year and we will check it for you.
