The SC-Project headers kit is the result of the research, development and tests started by SC-Project Race Department for your Aprilia Tuareg 660. To improve global performance of the vehicle, SC-Project technicians created the best racing headers kit for this bike: the use of CNC machined bushings obtained from solid titanium, gives impeccable couplings that make assembly easier and improve the performance of the exhaust system. 

The removal of the original catalytic converter allows an important reduction of weight and operating temperature as well as giving a real racing and deep sound, for your Aprilia Tuareg 660. Performance without compromise!

This kit is compatible and optimized to work in combination with the SC-Project product range.

The installation of the racing headers kit does not meet the Euro 5+ homologation regulations. ECU remapping is recommended.

Options available: ultralight titanium or stainless steel.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
