AXP skid plate Adventure HDPE 8 mm black for BMW F900GS (2024-2025). This skid plate (also called a bash plate or sump guard) protects the engine and the underside of the frame from rocks, logs and hard hits.

Features

• Skid plate made of 8 mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE): full protection for the engine block, exhaust, water pump and crankcases
• Compatible with BMW crash bars
• Front and rear mounts bolt directly to the engine block, with a wedge system for added strength
• 8 mm thick foam on each side to prevent rubbing and under the engine block to absorb shocks
• HDPE is stronger than carbon and 30 to 40% lighter than aluminium; it returns to its original shape after impacts, so it slides over obstacles
• Weight: 2.8 kg; note: does not fit all model years
