The silencer X-Plorer II is the answer of the SC-Project R&D department for people who want elegance and refinement even for a maxi-enduro bike like Triumph Tiger 900. Available in titanium or carbon fiber option, SC-Project developed this streamlined exhaust in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations. The carbon fiber end cap is perfectly in harmony with the shape of the muffler body.

The X-Plorer II muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off-road use. All the components in titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

On the Triumph Tiger 900, the X-Plorer II muffler allows a consistent weight reduction (-50% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1.1 hp and 1.3 Nm of torque @ 6250 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.

The installation is plug-and-play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is suitable with OEM side cases and comes with a precious carbon fiber heat shield.

Options available: muffler outer sleeve in titanium or carbon fiber.
